Tomorrow marks one year since the fatal sinking of a tugboat, along B.C.’s north coast, that claimed the lives of two men. On the eve of the tragedy’s anniversary, the families of those men are calling for stronger regulations, to prevent a similar accident in the future. Emad Agahi has the details.
