National Defence Minister Anita Anand said Wednesday that Canada is examining whether “further commitment will be possible” to help shore up NATO forces as tensions continue to rise on the Russia-Ukraine border. Anand also declined to say whether Canada is taking specific steps to evacuate Canadians from Ukraine in the event of a possible Russian invasion.
