Nova Scotia’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang detailed on Wednesday the first step of lifting COVID-19 restrictions, which is set to start on Feb. 14. The first phase includes lifting all border restrictions, longer working hours and increased capacity limits for restaurants, retail stores and gyms.
