Canada’s Public Safety Minister Marco Mendocino said Wednesday it is up to local police to determine whether or not to seek an injunction as protesters continue to block the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ont., which is a vital crossing between the U.S. and Canada. He said it is not the place of the federal government to make that decision.
