There’s been no shortage of shortages during the COVID 19 pandemic-and one shortage that’s causing a lot of problems for parents, students and school boards is the ongoing school bus driver shortage in parts of Northumberland County and Clarington. Joel Sloggett, from Student Transportation Systems of Central Ontario, joined Global News Morning Peterborough to talk about the issue.
