Snowboarder Max Parrot brought Canada its first gold medal at the Beijing Olympics on Monday, after coming in first in the men’s snowboard slopestyle. But he wasn’t the only one on the podium, with Mark McMorris joining him in the bronze medal spot for the same event. Canada’s medal count stands at one gold, one silver and two bronze.
