A truck convoy opposed to pandemic sanitary meaures started to gather near the National Assembly on Friday. A group of truckers left the province’s north shore early Thursday, passed through the Saguenay region on Thursday night before landing in the provincial capital. As Raquel Fletcher reports, the protest coincides with the first day of the city’s winter Carnaval.
