Honouring Black history has grown in Peterborough from an information table that sat in the Peterborough Library for a week to a month-long celebration that runs throughout February. Charmaine Magumbe, chair of the Race Relations Committee of Peterborough, shared a little insight into the evolution of Black history in the city, and what’s happening this month.
