Truck protests: ‘Sizeable element’ in the U.S. involved in funding demonstration, Ottawa police say

Ottawa police Chief Peter Sloly said Wednesday that the department is aware of a “sizeable element” in the U.S. that is involved in funding, organizing and participating in the protest in Ottawa. He said the protest is putting the city and officers at “great risk.”
