On Monday restaurants, gyms and some businesses reopened their doors once again, ready to welcome customers back into their spaces. It’s the fifth shut down in two years, and some small business owners say the repeated closures and reopenings have taken a toll. Terry Guiel, executive director of Peterborough’s DBIA, spoke about the issue with Global News Morning Peterborough anchor Noor Ibrahim.
