Norway takes lead in talks with Taliban as Afghanistan faces hunger crisis

Almost 23 million Afghans are currently at risk of starvation. But Norway is taking a lead in speaking with Taliban leaders to find ways to discover common ground so more aid can get to those who need it most. Global’s Redmond Shannon reports.
