Alberta’s premier is optimistic the relaxation of COVID-19 public health measures is on the horizon, the doors at some C-Train stations have been locked after concerns were raised about social disorder and a recent survey shows a troubling number of social support agencies in Calgary are seeing a significant jump in demand, as well as staffing issues due to the pandemic.
