Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Thursday said that the U.S. had shown it was no willing to address Moscow’s main security concerns, after the Biden administration and NATO delivered written responses Wednesday to proposals made in December. He added they still had an interest in continued dialogue in their standoff over Ukraine.
