The annual event was one of the last events to take place in the early days of the pandemic. In 2021 organizers took events virtual. But this year Polarfest is back with a mix of in-person and virtual events. Mike Richardson, manager of recreation services with the township, joined Global News Morning Peterborough to talk about it.
