The U.S. charge d’affaires ad interim to Ukraine, Kristina Kvien, warned Tuesday that if Russia chooses to invade Ukraine, the U.S. would provide additional military equipment and supplies “above and beyond” what had already been sent. She added that deliveries of security equipment, some of which had been delivered that evening, would continue and “be ongoing.”
