Ontario now the only province or territory without a child-care deal with Ottawa

On Monday, Nunavut’s government penned a deal with Ottawa for more affordable child-care. The Ford government is the only province or territory to not find common ground, leading to more frustrations and political jockeying. Matthew Bingley reports.
