NASA expects first images from James Webb Space Telescope the summer

Amber Straughn, deputy project scientist for James Webb Space Telescope science communications, said Monday that NASA expects the first images from the telescope in about five months, by the summer. She said the first year of the telescope’s science observations has already been planned.
