NATO considering whether to increase presence in southeast, but no decision made

During a joint press conference Monday with the foreign ministers of Sweden and Finland, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said the military alliance was considering sending troops and military equipment to its southeast member states, but that a decision had not been made.
