Speaking during a joint press conference Monday with the foreign ministers of Sweden and Finland, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said it had not yet decided to remove its personnel from Kyiv, Ukraine, despite escalating tensions with Russia. He said the decision to evacuate personnel from Ukraine must be a “national decision”, but that it has shared information with its member-states and allies.
