Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes the move by the U.S. to evacuate diplomats’ families due to heightened tension with Russia is “premature,” a spokesman said Monday. Oleg Nikolenko said it was a “manifestation of excessive caution,” adding the “threat of new waves” of Russian aggression has remained constant since 2014.
