As COVID-19 restrictions continue, the Nature Conservancy of Canada is encouraging people to get outdoors to improve their moods and their physical mental wellbeing. A poll commissioned by the conservancy indicates that 37 per cent of the respondents are continuing to seek refuge in nature to help with stress and anxiety during the pandemic. Amber Fryday reports.
