The arctic air mass hovering over Montreal has many people turning up the thermostat trying to keep warm. But people who don’t have a fixed roof over their heads are the most vulnerable to these frigid temperatures. As Tim Sargeant reports, some warm and welcoming relief is on its way to help Montreal’s Indigenous community.
