Carvel weather station upgrades complete west of Edmonton, radar to return next week

Environment Canada spent nearly half a year upgrading the Carvel weather radar station west of Edmonton and now the work is complete. As Phil Darlington explains, the new system will allow for more accurate weather forecasting of rain, snow and other precipitation.
