Rising mortgage rates expect to lead to slight cool down of B.C. housing market

With the Bank of Canada expected to tighten mortgage rates in the coming months, the B.C. Real Estate Association is forecasting a slight cool down of the province’s red hot real estate market. Ted Chernecki reports.
