Canada stands “shoulder to shoulder” with Ukraine, said the country’s foreign affairs minister on Tuesday. Speaking in Kyiv, Minister Mélanie Joly condemned Russia massing troops near Ukraine’s borders and said Ottawa would take a decision at the appropriate time on supplying military hardware to Ukraine.
