Even before Monday’s surprise extension of the provincial health order forcing the closure of gyms and other fitness facilities – a number group of gym owners from across B.C. were already planning to defy the order and re-open their doors this morning.
As Andrea Macpherson reports they say their industry is being treated unfairly and they’re willing to challenge any potential consequences they could face.
