COVID-19: Calls grow to scrap on-arrival PCR test for travelers

It can be challenging to get a COVID-19 PCR test in Canada, even for those with symptoms. That has added fuel to a debate over the test’s value for asymptomatic travelers returning to the country. As Abigail Bimman reports, calls are growing louder to scrap the policy as tests overwhelm the system.
