Quebec set to end COVID-19 curfew, Legault believes province close to hospitalization peak

Quebec is lifting its 10 p.m. curfew on Monday, as Premier François Legault says health officials believe the province is set to reach its COVID-19 hospitalizations peak in the next few days.
The premier also confirmed the return to in-person learning on Monday for elementary and high school students across the province. Elizabeth Zogalis reports.
