B.C. expands harm reduction for construction industry

The province is expanding a program to reduce toxic drug overdoses in the construction industry on Vancouver Island. The B.C. government is investing a million dollars in the ‘Tailgate Toolkit’ project to provide harm-reduction training on the worksite.
