Dr. Jennifer Russell, New Brunswick’s chief medical officer of health, laid out on Thursday the newest restrictions announced by the premier that will be in place for 16 days starting on Friday to curb the spike of COVID-19 cases. The restrictions include banning all public gatherings, limiting restaurants to take-out only, closing gyms and spas.
