B.C. health minister defends decision to postpone surgeries

Health Minister Adrian Dix is defending his government’s decision to postpone thousands of surgeries deemed non-essential over the past few months. But he assurances patients – including a young Maple Ridge girl who needs a life altering procedure- all operations put on hold due to the COVID-19 surge will be rescheduled. Emad Agahi reports.
