Nineteen people were killed, including nine children, and dozens of others were injured in an apartment building fire in the Bronx borough of New York City on Sunday, according to city officials and local media. Officials say the five-alarm fire started in a duplex apartment on the third floor of a 19-story high-rise building just before 11 a.m.
