The man convicted in three-year-old Ivy Wick’s death is now searching for a new lawyer. Justin Bennett was found guilty of second-degree murder in March 2021. As Tracy Nagai reports, Bennett’s sentencing hearing was scheduled to continue on Wednesday, but instead he and his lawyer parted ways.
