COVID-19: Quebec schools will reopen for in person learning as planned on Jan. 17

Education Minister Jean-François Roberge updated Quebec on the latest efforts to make schools COVID safe before they reopen later in January. He said 50,000 CO2 detectors will be delivered by Friday and confirmed that students are expected to return to in-person learning on January 17. Dan Spector reports.
