Providing an update into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol Wednesday, Attorney General Merrick Garland said so far more than 325 people face felony charges. Approximately 40 people were charged with conspiracy to obstruct a congressional proceeding or to obstruct law enforcement, he said.
