U.S. President Joe Biden on Friday commented on his call with Russian President Vladimir Putin saying he emphasized that Russia cannot make more moves towards Ukraine with Russian troops already massing along its border. Biden says he threatened severe sanctions and that the U.S. would increase its presence in Europe should Putin continue to do so.
