COVID-19 testing and self-isolation exacerbate B.C. labour shortage

With more and more British Columbians staying home in self-isolation, the increase in sick days is taking a toll on an already labour starved hospitality industry. At the same time, COVID-19 staffing shortages coupled with winter weather are wreaking havoc on holiday travel. Grace Ke reports.
