The city of Montreal has presented its 2022 budget. The city plans to spend 6.4 billion dollars in 2022. A 1.3 percent increase from 2021 and an average residential tax increase of 2% is on the way, which was promised by the Mayor of Montreal during the municipal elections. Dan Spector reports.
