Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Kieran Moore said on Tuesday that while there are 165 people in ICUs due to COVID-19, the vast majority are affected by the Delta variant and there are have not been any known Omicron variant ICU admissions. “We’re actively monitoring when all of that transitions to Omicron,” he stated.
