Asked if more travel-related or testing rules could change with holidays around the corner for people after PCR tests are set to resume for even short-trip travellers starting Monday, Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos said things would “continue to change” and responses would continue to be adjusted. He would not confirm if Friday’s announcement on PCR testing would be the last before or during the holiday season.
