COVID-19: Why is British Columbia waiting for rapid tests, will the gap between vaccines boosters be shortened?

Global News reporter Richard Zussman asks Health Minister Adrian Dix on Wednesday why B.C. is waiting for COVID-19 rapid tests when other provinces are handing them out. Zussman also asks if the province will consider shortening the time between second and third vaccine doses?
