COVID-19: Manitoba official urges residents to get booster shot due to Omicron variant

Dr. Joss Reimer, head of Manitoba’s COVID-19 vaccine task force urged residents aged 60 and older to get their third COVID-19 booster shot as soon as they’re able to do so, as the Omicron variant continues to gain a significant foothold in Canada. She also urged all adults living in First Nations communities to get their third doses.
