Quebec Health Minister Christian Dube said Tuesday that as the province continues to tackle the rising number of Omicron COVID-19 variant cases, it is aiming to deliver five rapid tests for free through pharmacies to every person every 30 days for three months starting Monday. He warned, however, the availability of tests will depend on shipments from the federal government.
