During a press conference on Monday, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear provided an update on recovery efforts after four deadly tornadoes ripped through 18 counties in the state, destroying homes and leaving tens of thousands without power. There have so far been 64 confirmed deaths, Beshear said.
