U.S. President Joe Biden delivered a statement Saturday after multiple tornadoes tore through multiple states, saying it was “likely to be one of the largest tornado outbreaks in our history.” Biden said the federal government “will do everything it can possibly do to help,” adding he approved an emergency declaration for Kentucky.
