Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos and chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam offered their advice for how Canadians can stay safe over the holidays amid concerns over the spread of the Omicron COVID-19 variant. Duclos said Canadians should be “more vigilant” when travelling outside of Canada and Tam advised that people keep gatherings small and travel within Canada.
