Manitoba health officials warn surgical, diagnostic backlog to grow longer

On the same day the province announced a new task force to address the growing surgical and diagnostic backlog, health officials say that list is about to grow even longer, as hospitals look to make capacity for COVID-19 and ICU patients. Global’s Brittany Greenslade explains.
