Quebec government takes action to tackle racial profiling by police

The Quebec government plans to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to train police officers how to avoid racial and social profiling.The aim is to help law enforcement personnel deal with the issues they may face in a diverse society. As Phil Carpenter reports, some community leaders point to certain elements they want implemented to ensure the training will succeed.
