Alberta Premier Jason Kenney was in Calgary Saturday afternoon to make an announcement regarding additional supports that are now available to Albertans dealing with substance abuse issues. While some people believe the new services are helpful, they still feel that they don’t fully address addiction. Matthew Conrod reports.
