B.C. floods: Dry day and road re-openings in the Fraser Valley

After three powerful atmospheric rivers, the Lower Mainland finally saw a dry day, allowing for major roads like Highway 1 to be reopened and crews to get a better grip on the scale of the recovery and repairs still ahead. Kamil Karamali reports.
